#LTB: August 2, 2019

I took control of my narrative and of my social media. I allowed images and stories that spoke positively about fat women and fat bodies. I watched movies and videos about body positivity. I accepted comments from those who saw the light in my message and wanted to use it to inspire their own truth to come forward. I share my knowledge, my weaknesses, my trials and more importantly my triumphs. I wanted people to see the darkest parts of my journey and know that there is another side, a loving side.
