Today is my day. I reflect on the birthdays of my past. And I am glad that I made it to this one. There were many times I did not know if I would, some this year. I have experienced LOSS a plenty in the past few years. I have also found that those who show up for you, will show up for you. They show up in all the ways that you need them to. Take notice of those who do show up and how they show up! Showing up doesn’t just mean being there. Being present is the important part. 

This months reflections have taught me a lot. Be honest with myself. Stand up for my truth. Do not allow others to bully me. My story is not one that every one believes, but I know what is true. 

I love me, it doesn’t look the same every day. Some days are ugly, some are pretty. But each day is new. 

Be love. Feel love. Choose love.
