I was harmed over and over again. And like survivors of abuse, I didn’t even see it. But now that I do I grow through it each and every day. I won’t allow it to harden me but I will protect my spirit at all costs. I will pour my honesty. Living in your truth is the most powerful thing you can do for yourself.
